Every unit is well packaged in a heavy-duty crate and shipped as soon as it’s ready. Our lead time are one of the lowest in the market.
You have up to 30 days to return, 14 for some products. However, due to the often large and heavier nature of our products, you must retain the original packaging and return shipping cost is your responsibility. We will also charge a 15-20% restocking fee for all returns. We are not responsible for any damages during return shipping. So please insure and provide tracking.
