We can find the right spare part faster when you enter: Product name, invoice number and date of purchase. You should also send a detailed photo and a brief description of the desired spare part.
Please note that we continuously develop our products. Therefore, older products may have components other than a newer product. (For example, a hand shower may have changed appearance or a plastic bracket may have been replaced with a metal bracket).
Cancellations & Refunds:
SaunaRx truly believe in the products that we sell and are proud to be representing the brands that we have. However, we also understand that as a customer you might change your mind about your purchase.
Therefore, we do offer a 30 day return policy for the vendors listed below.

Non-30 Day Return Policy
SCANDIA
All items returned will be subject to a 20% restock fee. No Exceptions.
Most items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, gift certificate, or exchange (less shipping and handling). This includes all costs incurred by Scandia Mfg for transporting items promoted with free shipping. Items must be returned at the customer's expense, in new condition, in the original box with the manufacturer's packaging and information.
No returns for refunds or exchanges will be granted after 14 days of receipt. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required on all returns. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1 (877) 467-2862 or customerservice@scandiamfg.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The following items are not returnable: Any equipment that has been previously installed, buckets and ladles, back and head rests, aromatherapy oils, towels, room kits (both modular and pre-cut), steam cabinets, doors and all customized items.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty and are mentioned on their packaging or in their documentation. We do not provide any warranty over and above the manufacturer's warranty.
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any item purchased through Scandia Mfg, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1 (877) 467-2862 or customerservice@scandiamfg.com. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.
REFUSALS
Delivered by UPS, USPS, FedEx or RPS. If you refuse an item that is delivered by UPS, USPS, FedEx or RPS, for any reason other than damaged merchandise or a shipping error by Scandia Mfg, the order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges. This includes all costs incurred by Scandia Mfg for transporting items promoted with free shipping.
REFUSALS DELIVERED BY COMMERCIAL FREIGHT COMPANIES
If you refuse an item that is delivered by a commercial freight company for any reason other than damaged merchandise or a shipping error by Scandia Mfg, the order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders for pre-cut sauna kits, modular sauna rooms, steam rooms, commercial and residential steam room equipment, gas sauna heaters, doors and all custom made items can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order and cannot be returned.
POLICIES
Liability will extend only to the amount of the invoice. Scandia Mfg is not responsible for delayed shipment due to the shipping company. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURNING ITEMS
In addition to acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from the Customer Service Department, the address of where the product will be returned to needs to be obtained, because Scandia Mfg uses a network of manufacturers located across the United States. Please contact the Customer Service Department at 1 (877) 467-2862 or customerservice@scandiamfg.com to discuss both these pieces of information.
NOTE: No Refunds or Returns will be granted without a RMA number or proper return address given by the Customer Service Department.
LEISURECRAFT POLICY
Order Cancelation Policy
- Up to 14 days from order entry – you can cancel the order without penalty
- After 14 days, a $65.00 cancelation fee will apply (item #: ORDCAN)
- Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be canceled
- For all Canadian Timber Collection products, Dealers will have 24 hours to cancel the order for the $65.00 cancelation fee (item#: ORDCAN)
Order Change Policy
- Up to 14 days from order entry – you can edit/change the order without penalty
- Afer 14 days, a $65.00 edit/change fee would apply (item#: ORDCHA)
a. Examples: adding removing products, adding removing options, changing the ship to address, changing the shipping method, etc.
- Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be edited or changed after the product has shipped, if the Dealer/Customer wants to change the ship to address, a $250 fee will apply (#ADDCHANGE)
- For all Canadian Timber Collection products, Dealers will have 24 hours to change the order for the $65.00 change fee (item#: ORDCHA). After 24 hours, the order can not be changed.
Return Policy
- Our stated return policy is: We do not accept returns
a. It is very expensive to return products back across the border
- If a product must be returned to the factory, the following will apply:
a. 20% Restocking fee
b. Dealer/customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs to the factory
c. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition
d. Leisurecraft will inspect the product upon return and Leisurecraft will be the sole decider of the condition of the product and the amount of the refund
Customer Refusal to Accept Delivery
- If a customer refuses delivery and the Dealer asks Leisurecraft for assistance in selling the product to another Dealer, the following will apply:
a. 15% Restocking charge
b. Dealer will be responsible for all shipping and rerouting costs to the new delivery address
Please contact your Representative with your order# to make any changes or cancelations. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and your customers’ needs at all times. Please remember to double check your order confirmation that is emailed to avoid any issues with the orders after 14 days.
We appreciate your business and accept the fact that we might also occasionally make a mistake on your order. Any order change or cancelation fees will not apply in this scenario.
THERASAUNA
U.S. Shipping Polices and Procedures
- We use UPS Ground services for most shipping needs.
- TheraSauna ships your TheraSauna anywhere in the contiguous 48 states by over-the road freight service for free!
- Estimated shipping & delivery times are as follows: TheraSaunas are shipped in 21 business days, and Better Life Saunas are shipped in 5 business days. Parts or Accessory Items are shipped within two business days. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. If you have questions about delivery times, please call us at 213-980-3555.
- We ship worldwide from TheraSauna. All applicable freight charges for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii or other countries will apply. For additional information, or price quote, please call 213-980-3555, e-mail us or use our Live Online Support.
- Saunas are delivered curbside via common carrier. The sauna will be unloaded, but it is your responsibility to move the sauna to its final location.
Saunas are not returnable. If you have any issue with your sauna, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
